We ship artwork and products with care to ensure they arrive safely.

1. Processing Time

•            Original artworks: 3–7 business days

•            Prints & merchandise: 6–7 business days

Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We use carriers such as:

•            USPS

•            UPS

•            FedEx

Squarespace calculates shipping rates at checkout based on your location.

3. Domestic Shipping

Most orders within the U.S. arrive in 3–10 business days after shipping.

4. International Shipping

International delivery times vary.

Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

•            Photograph the packaging and item

•            Contact us within 48 hours

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Lost Packages

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost packages.
