1. Original Artwork
All original artworks are final sale.
Because each piece is unique, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Prints & Merchandise
We accept returns for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect orders
• Manufacturing defects
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
• Custom commissions
• Gift cards
• Digital downloads
• Sale items
4. Refund Process
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged
